Returns & Exchanges

At Julia Amory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
